HT Loans (Easy Finance Pty Ltd t/a Huatai Loan) and HT Law Services are separate legal entities with their own privacy policies. When you send an enquiry through this website, we collect only what you type into the form:
We do not run advertising trackers or third-party profiling on this website, and we do not use cookies to identify you.
To answer your enquiry, to direct you to the right person across our accounting, finance, migration and legal practices, and — if you become a client — to provide the service you have asked for and meet our record-keeping obligations.
Some matters require sensitive information — for example health, family or identity details for a migration or legal matter. We ask for it only when it is genuinely needed and with your consent. Please do not send sensitive information through the website form; wait until we have set up a secure channel.
We do not sell your personal information and do not disclose it for marketing. We share it only where necessary to do the work — for example with the Australian Taxation Office, the Department of Home Affairs, or a lender — and with ordinary service providers (such as email and form-handling) that store data on our behalf. Where a provider stores data outside Australia, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Enquiries that do not become matters are kept only as long as needed and then deleted. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires, which for some of our practices is at least seven years.
